WORLD-WIDE ORGAN RECITAL

November 22. Join WPC Organist and Choir Director Kenna Payne as she participates in a world-wide organ recital on Saturday, November 22, at 2 PM. The Roy.

al School of Church Music (UK) has invited all organists around the world to play one particular Handel piece at the ‘same’ time, as locally determined. She will play several other pieces, too, and you can join her in the gallery, if you’d like. Hope to see you then!

RICHMOND BIG BAND CHRISTMAS FOR THE BENEFIT OF IMAGO DEI

December 13. Two shows at 3 pm and 7 pm, in the sanctuary at WPC. Acclaimed Richmond musicians will perform sacred Christmas songs in the genre of big band jazz. Called "one of the highlights of the season" by Style Weekly, this delightful Richmond holiday tradition is not to be missed!

Led by VCU Jazz Studies director Dr. Taylor Barnett, the band includes vocalists Laura Ann Singh and Rudy Faulkner, and some of the city's best instrumentalists from bands such as Butcher Brown, No BS! Brass, Michael Hawkins and the Brotherhood, and Weekend Plans.
